Life is full of challenges, emotional, mental and physical. These are the things that allow us to learn and move forward on our spiritual journey. They are there to help us grow spiritually.

Physical challenges are a major part of our soul growth learning lessons here in earth school, and that's what you're involved in right now.

Realize that you have many sources of help in spirit. ASK, and you will receive. One of those sources is your Spiritual Medical Assistance Team.

Ask for their involvement in your treatment and recovery from whatever is going on in your mind and body. It's a test of faith that you believe there is something greater going on and available to you. Because of the gift of "Free Will" we've all been given, the choice is ours.

Because of our free will, we can chose to handle things on our own, or we can ask for help. Because of free will, our spirit guides and helpers cannot interfere with our journey. BUT — if we ASK for help, they are free to rush to our aid. That process is the test of our faith.

Ask also for understanding and peace, that your heart and mind be brought to a place of comfort.
