Happy New Year!
Dear Casa Friends, Take heart! Daylight is coming! Daylight is coming! What an exciting time of year for those of us who thrive on more daylight hours and less darkness in our daily lives. Winter solstice has past, and you know what that means. The sun has ended its southern journey and is heading back north, breaking the shackles of all light deprived and lightly depressed homo sapiens. (No offense intended!) Hooray for more daylight — even if it comes ever so slowly, just two minutes a day, between now and June 21st. Talk about thanksgiving! With Love, |

In response to our request for lightly used toys for low income children of San Luis, an anonymous angel shipped off a box filled with five lovely brand new toys, just in time for Christmas giving. We pondered their proper use. |
Surprised to find a sparsely outer-coated woman and her hatless child walking along the road in sub freezing weather, we stopped to give them a ride to their destination. When asked, she shared she had four children, and no, she wasn't ready for Christmas. "I told the children they weren't getting much this year and I would try to get them more after the New Year" As we dropped mom and Josh at their modest home, we knew where that gift of toys was destined to reside. Back home in a flash, we quickly packaged the gifts of love and caring, and drove back to give them to a bewildered but happy mother. Christmas had indeed arrived. Thank you AA. (Anonymous Angel.) Thanks for bringing joy into stranger's lives, and into ours as well. (We'd love to know who you are if you'd care to share. Promise we won't tell anyone!) |

A New Year's Message From Mother Mary |
Greeting my dear beloved ones… I welcome you into my hearts. I would like to speak to you of the coming year. The coming year of new possibilities. The coming year of finding your heart. The coming year of becoming alive again. The coming year of finding yourself and finding your spirit. And, most importantly my dear ones … the coming year of finding your own love for self. Yes, it is love… it is love that changes and makes new. It is Love that heals. It is Love that surrounds you. It is Love that is in you. Love resides in every cell of your being. In every part of your mind … in every part of your heart. Your job this year, my beloved ones, is to look for that love, in every aspect of yourself. Know that when you invite love into your being, this Divine Love transforms, heals, and it brings you to peace. Peace that is beyond all understanding. Peace that is not yours, but peace that is from the very heart of God… the very throne of God, from which you came forth. Yes, my dear beloved ones, you are from the very heart of God. You are from the very throne of God. And… you ARE God. I want you to know that my dear children, that as you open your hearts to this wondrous miracle -- the miracle of Love, it will come and reside in your heart. It will expand, it will open. It will allow you to become LOVE. This is my job, my dear ones… my beloved ones. I want you to know I will help you with the awakening of Love within you. I will walk with you and I will hold your hand. And I will come to each of you that call upon me. And I will embrace you with such magnificent love, you will know that you have always been Loved, you have always been helped. I will help you become aware of that Love the Love I give to you and resides in you. And our Love will merge together to become wondrous light of God shining in the darkness. And as you walk in this world you will see Light all around you. You will see it in others, you will see that in reality ALL IS LOVE. Everyone is Love, and you will help them become aware of their own Love. I come, my dear children, into your heart -- to all those that welcome me. I reside there, I hold you and comfort you, and I heal you. I bless you with Divine Love. Most importantly, my dear children, I want you to know you are so loved, and so blessed, just the way your are, right now in this very moment. It is a new beginning today… a new beginning this year. As you step forward and choose Love… Peace will come and Light will come. My blessings to you my dear children. I bless you in all things, and I will come when you call. Fair question! We're still striving for the balance that will accurately present the reason, mission and intent of the Casa. I think a big part of the challenge is in the eye of the beholder. Many of we Protestants, (and other non-Catholics) have always associated the mother of Jesus with the Catholic church. Indeed, that was the first group that accepted the importance of her role in their spiritual lives, but, as Mother Mary has shared with us, "I'm not Catholic! My love isn't limited to any organized religion." If you recall the story behind the reason for the Casa de Santa Maria, Jesus gave the commission, and it is Jesus who is drawing up the plans. He shared, "It is for my Mother, and it is there where her literal healing presence will reside." So, will Mother Mary always have a prominent role in this non-denominational spiritual oasis. You bet, as does Jesus, and all spiritual leaders and teachers who espouse love, acceptance and forgiveness as the basis for living a Godly life on planet earth.
It has become obvious to us that Mother Mary's earthly influence is growing during these years of ascendancy for planet earth and all inhabitants. Her's is the sorely needed Divine Feminine energy that will bring our planet into proper balance The masculine energy is mostly responsible for bringing us this far, (good and bad, warts and all), and it is the developing proper balance between masculine and feminine that will complete the job of perfecting. The Casa's mission is to lead ourselves and others to the divinity within. To learn the Creator's truth, as opposed to God According to Man! A truth that leads to a deeper connection with the Divine, healing the separation that seems to have resulted due to man's misguided ways. The Casa de Santa Maria. Not a church, but a way to reconnect with the Divine in us all! As always, we'd love to have your feedback as we strive to communicate our truth. |
