Bully in the Barn

Bully in the Barn

by Lisa Noldon
illustrated by Troy Pawleczyk

The effects of bullying, both on the bully and the bullied, are long term
and now of epidemic proportion, especially in our schools. Studies show
the child bully often falls into a life of crime and faces a future of failure,
and the bullied child often carries emotional scars for a lifetime.

If you are parent to either a bully or bullied child, or neither, it's past the time to address this subject with your children. Start while your child is young. Bully In the Barn does just that — simply, yet powerfully.

Bully in the Barn is also the basis for an 8 week Equine Assisted
Learning (EAL) program for students who would visit a horse farm and
do exercises with horses to learn about the effects of bullying in their
lives. This program was created by P.E.A.C.E., an Equine Assisted
Therapy group located in York County, PA. The entire curriculum can be
purchased and used by any EAL group by going to www.peacellc.org.
